Service description

CleanGilam is a carpet-cleaning service ordered through a Telegram bot: free pickup from your home, professional cleaning, and free delivery back.

Price is calculated per square meter, with a minimum order of 20 m². The final price is confirmed once the order is placed.

Payment can be made in cash on delivery or online (Payme/Click).

Pickup and delivery within the service area are free. The time window is arranged via the Telegram bot.

You may cancel free of charge before the courier picks up your carpet. Cancellations after pickup are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Liability for any damage to a carpet during cleaning is determined in accordance with applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
